Automatic calculation of costs and distances in the tender+ use case

The tender+ use case allows you to automatically calculate costs and distances for A-B routes and multi-stop routes using the selected vehicle and routing settings.

Calculations are based on a Microsoft® Excel® file in which the stop-off points are entered.

The address data from the file is imported into tender+ and can then be geocoded automatically or manually. The stop-off points from the file are shown in the Addresses tab with the corresponding geocoding status.

Indicate which vehicle and parameters should be used to calculate the routes in the Calculation tab. In order to check whether the calculations are plausible, you can display a preview for every route, or open and calculate the route in the Route Planning use case.

Note: To enable you to test tender+ we are offering you 100 calculations free of charge.

Once all of the routes have been calculated, you can download the results file onto your computer.

The calculated results are shown for each route in the individual spreadsheets of the results file (see The results file).
