Start automatic calculation of routes and download result

You can start calculating the routes from the Excel® file via the title bar.

• In the title bar, click on Start.

  The Start automatic calculation window opens.

• If you would like to receive a notification once automatic calculation is complete, enter your email address.

  Note: The calculation may take some time depending on the number of data records in the Excel® file. You can continue working with TLNplanner internet while the calculation is being carried out.

• Before you can start the calculation, you must confirm the number of calculations that are to be deducted from your credits.

• Start the calculation by pressing OK.

  When the calculation is complete, an overview opens of the calculations that have been made.

• Click on Download to download the file onto your computer straight away.

  Alternatively, you can download the file at a later stage by clicking on Download in the > Data area on the toolbar.

• Open the file with Microsoft® Excel®.
