The results file

The results of route calculation are shown in different spreadsheets in the Excel® file.

Times | Distances |Costs

In this spreadsheet, you get an overview of the following for each route:

• driving and trip time

• route length and toll route length

• unloaded driving distance

  Note: When a calculation is run with a reference vehicle, the assumption is that the vehicle is fully loaded, and this is why the unloaded driving distance is always 0.

• Tolls and special tolls incurred

• Route costs, such as salary costs, fixed costs per route and per day, stop-off point costs, etc.

• Total costs per route

Toll per country

The calculated toll charges are listed for all countries through which the route passes.

Tip: The Excel® file only shows the columns that contain values. You can choose to display all available columns by selecting the last column with values and the empty column to its right and choosing the entry Show in the context menu.

If there are country-specific points to note regarding tolls, these are listed here.

Emissions

Note: Please note that when calculating a route with tender+, the emissions are always calculated based on HBEFA (Handbook Emission Factors for Road Transport). The emissions calculation selected in the Settings is not taken into account.

You can get an overview of the following emission values:

• CO₂ (carbon dioxide)

• CO₂e (CO₂ equivalent = CO₂ * 1 + CH₄ * 28 + N₂O * 265).

• NOx (nitrogen oxide)

• N2O (nitrous oxide)

• CH4 (methane)

• Fuel consumption per route

• Fuel consumption per 100 km

This contains an overview of all settings used to calculate the routes.
