Why can I only calculate one route?

If you can only calculate one route and the screen then becomes inactive, you have calculated the route with a Reference vehicle.

Reference vehicles should ensure comparability of routes and costs between the haulier and the customer. This means that no alternative route can be calculated. It is also impossible to change the properties affecting the routing.

 

With the vehicles 40T ADR and private vehicle as well as with vehicles which you have created, you can calculate up to three alternative routes.

 

• In the use case Route planning, choose the relevant entry in the drop-down list Vehicle and re-calculate the route(s).
